About Position: We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Software Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI-driven solutions, developing enterprise AI foundations, and driving innovation through advanced machine learning and generative AI initiatives. Role: AI/ML Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise applications. Build and maintain scalable AI platforms and foundational AI capabilities. Develop and optimize machine learning models for business use cases. Lead AI initiatives from concept, design, development, and deployment through production support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define solution strategies. Design and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. Work with structured and unstructured datasets to build predictive and analytical models. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies. Develop reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and components. Build and enhance AI governance, monitoring, and model lifecycle management processes. Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate AI models into applications. Conduct performance tuning, model optimization, and continuous improvement activities. Mentor technical teams and contribute to AI best practices and innovation initiatives. Support proof-of-concepts, research activities, and enterprise AI transformation programs. Expertise You'll Bring: 8-12 years of experience in Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. Strong expertise in Machine Learning algorithms and model development. Experience building enterprise-scale AI solutions. Hands-on experience with AI platform and foundation development. Strong programming experience in Python and AI development frameworks. Experience developing and deploying predictive, classification, and recommendation models. Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience with data engineering and model deployment pipelines. Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management. Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive AI innovation and enterprise transformation initiatives.
