About Position: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce application development, customization, integrations, and platform administration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, API Integrations, CI/CD, and Salesforce Platform Architecture. This role requires end-to-end ownership of Salesforce modules, technical leadership, solution design, development, deployment, and support while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards. Role: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Batch Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows. Build scalable and reusable Salesforce components and business processes. Configure and customize Salesforce applications to support evolving business requirements. Design and implement custom objects, custom fields, record types, workflows, approval processes, and automation solutions. Develop and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for performance and scalability. Design and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications. Develop and maintain REST-based integrations and APIs. Define and implement data flow and integration patterns across systems. Support entity mapping and data transformation requirements for integration processes. Collaborate with external systems teams to ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange. Lead assigned Salesforce modules through the complete project lifecycle. Own Estimation Requirement Analysis Solution Design Development Testing Documentation Release Planning Review technical designs and ensure alignment with Salesforce architecture standards. Guide junior developers and provide technical mentoring. Monitor module deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Configure and manage User Administration Profiles & Permission Sets Page Layouts List Views Workflow Rules Approval Processes Lead Assignment Rules Case Routing Rules Email Templates Reports & Dashboards Support AppExchange package evaluations and implementations. Manage development and testing environments. Develop use cases, unit test plans, and test scenarios. Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities. Prepare test data and validate business functionality. Support defect analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with quality standards and development best practices. Support deployment and release management processes. Work with CI/CD tools such as Copado Jenkins Git-based Repositories Contribute to deployment documentation and release governance activities. Support environment management and change promotion activities. Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements. Collaborate with Architects Business Analysts System Analysts QA Teams Project Managers Development Teams Participate in project meetings and provide regular project status updates. Support requirement clarification and solution discussions with stakeholders. Expertise You'll Bring: 5-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Ability to support API strategy and performance optimization initiatives. Experience working with Copado Jenkins Git CI/CD Pipelines Understanding of deployment automation and release management practices. Experience managing development and testing environments. Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience determining appropriate development patterns and platform capabilities. Understanding of Salesforce coding standards and best practices. Ability to recommend optimal platform technologies and solution approaches. Strong focus on scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
