About Position: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Platform Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. This role involves end-to-end ownership of modules, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Role: Salesforce Developer Location: Bangalore Experience: 5-8Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Analyze, review, and understand business, functional, and technical requirements. Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Develop and maintain custom objects, custom fields, workflows, approval processes, and automation solutions. Configure Salesforce platform features including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and security settings. Design scalable technical solutions while adhering to Salesforce best practices and governor limits. Perform module ownership activities including requirement gathering, estimation, design, coding, testing, documentation, and release management. Manage Salesforce application enhancements and support ongoing business requirements. Create and maintain technical design documents, deployment plans, and release documentation. Support Salesforce integrations and participate in data mapping and process flow design activities. Configure AppExchange packages and manage platform customizations. Create data migration workbooks and support migration activities. Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Administer Salesforce development environments and support deployment activities. Provide production support and participate in on-call support activities when required. Mentor junior developers and assist with technical guidance and design reviews. Expertise You'll Bring: 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development and CRM implementation projects. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Expertise in Apex programming, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Asynchronous Processing. Strong experience with Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience configuring Salesforce profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets, and security models. Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, platform architecture, and development best practices. Hands-on experience with Custom Objects Custom Fields Record Types Workflow Rules Approval Processes Analytic Snapshots AppExchange Packages Experience designing integration solutions and understanding data flow mechanisms across systems. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and GUI-based integration tools. Experience in data mapping, migration planning, and data migration execution. Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and deployment processes. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery models. Familiarity with version control systems and DevOps practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
