About Position: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives using SailPoint IdentityNow (Secure Cloud), SailPoint IIQ, or Saviynt. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), access governance, application onboarding, and security compliance programs while driving large-scale IAM transformation initiatives. Role: Senior Project Manager Location: Pune Experience: 15+ Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SailPoint IdentityNow, SailPoint IIQ, or Saviynt solutions. Develop scalable, secure, and compliant identity governance frameworks aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Design workflows, access certifications, approval processes, and identity lifecycle management solutions. Define best practices for application onboarding, user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance. Drive rapid onboarding of enterprise applications into SailPoint platforms. Develop project plans, timelines, governance models, and implementation roadmaps. Identify and resolve technical and operational bottlenecks impacting IAM programs. Manage implementation and integration activities across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS applications. Configure and support integrations with: Active Directory Azure AD SAP Oracle AWS Salesforce Enterprise Applications Ensure seamless integration with IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA, and third-party identity providers. Manage custom workflows, BeanShell scripts, APIs, and platform extensions. Collaborate with Security, Compliance, HR, Audit, Infrastructure, and Business teams. Drive stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor technical teams, business analysts, and end users to ensure successful platform adoption. Continuously optimize identity governance processes and access management controls. Evaluate AI/ML-driven IAM capabilities for advanced identity analytics and anomaly detection. Ensure compliance with corporate security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations. Expertise You'll Bring: 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Identity Governance, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Security Programs. Proven expertise with: SailPoint IdentityNow (Secure Cloud) SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Saviynt Strong understanding of: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Identity Lifecycle Management Access Governance Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Segregation of Duties (SoD) Access Certifications Experience leading large-scale application onboarding and integration programs. Hands-on experience integrating: Active Directory Azure AD SAP Oracle AWS Salesforce Enterprise SaaS Platforms Strong knowledge of: IAM Frameworks Access Controls Compliance Standards Security Governance Risk Management Experience working with: PAM Solutions SSO Technologies MFA Implementations Identity Federation Platforms Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to identity governance. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities. Proven experience driving enterprise IAM transformation initiatives. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage large cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders. Experience delivering projects in highly regulated enterprise environments.
