About Position: We are seeking a skilled Saviynt IAM Engineer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Saviynt IAM solutions to enable secure access management, identity lifecycle governance, and regulatory compliance across enterprise systems. This role requires strong expertise in Saviynt modules, application onboarding, REST API integrations, access certifications, and identity governance processes. Role: Saviynt IAM Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 2 to 5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Implement, configure, and support Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration solutions. Work extensively with Saviynt Access Request System (ARS), policy management, and certification modules. Perform application onboarding using REST API-based integrations and Active Directory/LDAP connectors. Configure and manage Security Systems, Endpoints, and Connections within the Saviynt platform. Develop and maintain technical rules, user update rules, and provisioning workflows. Configure and support identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver scenarios. Design and manage access certification campaigns, entitlement reviews, and governance controls. Implement role-based access controls and ensure compliance with least privilege principles. Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) policy implementation and compliance monitoring. Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and perform detailed root cause analysis. Monitor provisioning and deprovisioning processes to ensure timely and accurate access management. Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and infrastructure teams during onboarding and governance activities. Support audit activities by providing required access governance reports and compliance evidence. Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Participate in Agile project activities, sprint planning, and delivery processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to identity governance and security operations. Expertise You'll Bring: 2-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA). Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance platform. Strong expertise in Saviynt Access Request System (ARS). Experience configuring policies including Segregation of Duties (SoD) and compliance controls. Hands-on experience with certification campaigns and access reviews. Experience in onboarding applications using REST API integrations. Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP integration methodologies. Experience configuring Security Systems, Endpoints, and Connections within Saviynt. Strong understanding of technical rules, user update rules, and workflow configurations. Good knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance processes. Understanding of provisioning and deprovisioning workflows. Working knowledge of Java and application integration concepts. Experience working with REST APIs and API testing tools such as Postman. Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control principles. Knowledge of IAM security best practices, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements. Experience troubleshooting access management, provisioning, and integration-related issues. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working in Agile and collaborative project environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
